NOTES ABOUT THIS SALE
- This home is monitored with cameras inside and out and has a sophisticated alarm system
- It’s a very small neighborhood and there is a uniformed Dallas County Policeman on this street at all times in an unmarked car.
- All the gold, silver and jewelry has been removed from the house until the day of the sale.
- There will be (4) uniformed Dallas County Sheriffs on duty at the sale for your protection.
- When we announce the location of the sale on Friday, April 11th at 6:00 a.m., we will tell you where to park. The parking will be easy and plentiful.
- We close from 12:00 – 1:00 on Saturday April 12th. Everything will be 50% off when we open at 1:00.
