A note about this house…it’s very large and there are hidden wings. If a door or walkway is open, there is an entire wing waiting to be explored. We will put signs up everywhere, but don’t overlook a single hall, doorway or open entrance. There are treasures in the most unexpected places. You’ll wander for hours and get lost in this estate sale paradise. It’s one of a kind!
- We don’t pre-sell. If it’s in the photos, it will be in the sale when the doors open.
- All Sterling and Fine Jewelry has been removed from the sale until the day of the sale.
- There will be 2 armed Dallas County Sheriffs on overnight duty before and during the sale.
- There will be 4 armed Dallas County Sheriffs working the sale to ensure your safety.
- There are security cameras inside and outside the house. It is heavily monitored by the University Park Police Department and there is a private 24 hour patrol on duty.
